A launch is a fixed project, not a monthly service. The whole engagement is written down before work starts: the deadline, the surfaces, who owns what, the review rounds, the fee, and when it gets paid. This page shows the shape.

A worked example

Say you have a product landing two weeks before a holiday, and the holiday is the market. The date is fixed. Here is what runs, in order.

First

The positioning week

Before anything gets built we settle what the brand says in one sentence, who it is for, and what only you can claim. One recorded working session, then the written version. Every later surface inherits from this.

Early

The page that collects

A preorder or waitlist page that says the one sentence well and captures the people who believe it. Live early, improved weekly. The list you build here is the launch.

Middle

The list, warmed

The people who signed up hear from you on a cadence: the story, the making-of, the date. Written in your voice, approved by you, sent on schedule.

Late

The launch window

Content for the days that matter, built ahead and scheduled: the announcement, the proof, the last plain reminder. No countdown theater - the date said once, calmly, on every surface.

Who owns what

You supply

The product, the deadline, your photos, your story, and the corrections only you can make.

I own

Positioning, the page, the emails, the content, the publishing, and the checks that keep it in your voice.

We share

A weekly working review until it ships. Short, on schedule, decisions only.

The fee is fixed before work starts. You never discover the price mid-launch.

Launches are scoped by three things: the deadline, the surfaces you need, and how much of the work I own. The written scope turns those into one fixed fee with payment milestones - part at start, part at the launch window.

If the scope changes mid-flight, the fee changes in writing first. If the date moves, we re-plan together. No meters running.
