The handoff
A warranty approval isn't permission to promise a ship date.
FOLD assembles support cases with a source beside each claim. In case 4821, the replacement is approved but stock hasn't been checked. The human reviewer has to keep that distinction when handing the case to parts.
That decision became the starting point for the positioning, launch, sales story, product and customer program.
The ticket, warranty note and policy stay beside the proposed brief so the reviewer can check what supports it.
Inspect the sourcesStock is still unknown. The reviewer checks the evidence before approving a handoff to Lena Brooks at the parts desk.

The fold
A fold brings separate pages into one object without erasing them. That became the name, the mark and the physical logic of the brand.
Paper holds the record. Ink carries what is known. Chartreuse marks the action still to take.
Every source.
Every open question.
The brand film / With sound
Source sheets, a physical record and one bound case. The story stays attached.
The buying decision
Who can see the data? Who approves the handoff? What happens when the model misses something? The sales story puts those questions in the room with the product.
The seven-slide narrative follows one case from missing context to a sourced brief, owner approval and a proposed first deployment. The buyer can move straight from the conversation into the workspace.
One queue. One team.
A named owner.
The working case

A source gap remains visible until a person resolves it.
The first queue
The buying team hands over to the people who will run the queue, with source checks and clear ownership in place.
Practice the source review, name the next owner and rehearse a case with an unresolved detail. The reviewer learns when to stop before learning how to approve.
Open the customer programWork through access boundaries, security review and a shadow run for one support queue. Agree acceptance criteria, a go-live owner and a rollback decision before production access.
Inspect the deployment planThe next handoff
The work gives FOLD a connected way to introduce the product, let a buyer try it and agree what a first customer deployment must prove.
