Approach
Five stages to AI native, one function at a time.
We start where the number is, the revenue engine, and take the company to AI native one function at a time, with a software organization of AI agents doing the work beside your team.
Five stages
01Read
Free
- What happens
- Before the first call we read the business from the outside: market, customers, competitors, hiring, public records.
- What you get
- What's stuck and where we would start.
- Walk-away point
- Keep the read, whatever you decide.
02Map
Fixed scope, about two weeks
- What happens
- Every function mapped: the revenue engine, workflows timed with the people who run them, systems and data, where AI fits and where it should not.
- What you get
- The map, the one number, a phased plan.
- Walk-away point
- Keep the map and the plan, and build it with anyone.
03Build
Fixed scope
- What happens
- The foundation first: systems connected, one source of truth, the KPI tree, access and approvals. Then the first agents on the repeatable work in one or two functions.
- What you get
- A Monday brief that runs itself and the first agents live, measured against the timed map.
- Walk-away point
- Keep everything built, running in your accounts.
04Run
Monthly, with an option to tie part of the fee to the number
- What happens
- Agent teams across functions, shared memory, experiments that compound, corrections that become rules, one function at a time.
- What you get
- The engine, extending every month.
- Walk-away point
- Stop after any month and keep the engine as it stands.
05Own
Handoff, then optional ongoing support
- What happens
- Your team runs it: the operating cadence, roles, comp and the hiring plan updated for agents, runbooks and training.
- What you get
- An AI-native company your team owns.
- Walk-away point
- Support after the handoff is optional.
Rules that hold across all five
01Built in your accounts
Everything is built in your accounts and stays yours.
02Timed before quoted
Hours saved are quoted only after the work was timed with the person who does it. The mapping tool refuses anything else.
03Least privilege
Agents act with least privilege. Anything that writes to a customer or spends money waits for a named person to approve it.
04Walk-away points
Each stage ends at a walk-away point. Nothing rolls forward by default.
Already AI native?
AI-native teams do not need to be convinced. They need horsepower, hardening and a go-to-market that moves as fast as they ship.
How we work with AI-native teams
- In your repo, through your pull requests. No black box, no platform lock.
- On your stack: your models, your cloud, connectors as MCP servers you can read.
- Evals you can run yourself before you trust anything we ship.
- Weekly receipts: what shipped, what it moved, what failed.
- Security first: least privilege by default, an audit trail on every action.
What each stage costs
The shape is public and the amounts are set in the room, once the scope is clear.
Tell us which stage you're at and what's stuck. The read comes first, and it's free.
