About Saitoc Labs.

We design and run the revenue engines of growing companies. Founded in Austin in February 2026 by Tudor Saitoc.

Who we are

We know the engine from the inside. We run it on software.

Tudor Saitoc spent ten years selling enterprise software. That taught him how the engine works, and where it breaks.

In February 2026 he founded Saitoc Labs in Austin. He built a software organization of AI agents to run the engine.

The agents research, write, design, ship code and remember what they learn. When we correct their work, the correction becomes a rule.

People make the calls that matter. Agents do everything repeatable.

How we operate

Every step leaves a record, and every number carries its date.

  • Agent architecture and memory

Agent teams that plan, build, review and ship on a shared memory, with corrections that become enforced rules.

  • Experiment and validation design

Tests designed to fail, holdout sets, attribution you can trust and AI judges checked against people.

  • Enterprise system design

Event pipelines and data models, least-privilege agents, audit trails, tenant isolation, prompt-injection defenses and kill switches.

What we hold to

These rules hold in every engagement.

  • Built in your accounts

Everything is built in your accounts and stays yours.

  • Timed before quoted

Hours saved are quoted only after the work was timed with the person who does it. The mapping tool refuses anything else.

  • Least privilege

Agents act with least privilege. Anything that writes to a customer or spends money waits for a named person to approve it.

  • Walk-away points

Each stage ends at a walk-away point. Nothing rolls forward by default.

Tell us what's stuck and we'll bring what we found.
