Know what’s on hand.
Three scents. One stock view. Work out the next release before you commit.
| Product / SKU | Opening units | Received | Sold | Weekly target | Remaining | Sell-through | Stock action |

Start with a physical count in Opening units. Zero opening stock is the starting input, not an out-of-stock report.
Give every bottle a destination.
Planned reservations of remaining stockAllocate units across direct, retail and sampling. Reservations do not reduce remaining stock. Record actual unit sales above; a duo uses two units. Reconcile gifted dispatches with your physical count before starting a new planning period.

How the stock math works
Available = opening units + received. Remaining = available − sold. Sell-through = sold ÷ available × 100. With no available units and no sales, sell-through is 0%. Sales without available stock need correction.
Replenish when remaining is strictly below 2 × weekly target. With a zero target, no replenishment rule applies. A negative balance always needs review. Targets are editable assumptions, not forecasts.
Keep one planning period
Use Opening units for your count at the start of a period. Received and Sold are cumulative within that same period. Export your figures before resetting for the next period.
CSV includes all three scents, regardless of the filter, with stock inputs, calculated fields and channel reservations. Reset clears all quantities and restores the weekly target to 24 for each scent. No data leaves this page unless you download it.
