Terms of Service

These terms apply to Saitoc's publishing and business operations tools, including Google-connected tools identified as "validex" on the Google consent screen. By using these tools, you agree to these terms. A separate written client agreement governs the work, fees, deliverables, and ownership covered by that agreement.

Authorized accounts and use

Connect only accounts and provide only content you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the instructions and approvals you give us. Do not use the tools for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, or interference with another person's accounts or data.

Connected services

Account connections require your authorization through the relevant provider. Google's consent screen identifies the permissions being requested. The personal Gmail receipt connection is read-only; it does not authorize sending, changing, or deleting email. Separately approved publishing or Workspace functions may require other permissions.

Google, Meta, and other connected providers have their own terms and availability limits. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of it to Saitoc or authorize unrelated work on your behalf.

Review automated results

Automated extraction and analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. Finance summaries are supporting records, not complete books, proof of bank settlement, or tax, legal, or investment advice. Check source receipts, statements, and relevant professional advice before relying on a financial conclusion. A missing receipt is not evidence of zero spending.

Privacy and disconnection

Our Privacy Policy explains data access, use, retention, and deletion. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections, revoke other integrations through their provider, or contact us to stop a connection. Revocation does not itself delete records already collected; contact us for a deletion request.

Availability and changes

Features may change or become unavailable when a connected provider, permission, or service changes. We may suspend access needed to address misuse or a security risk. Updates to these terms will be published here with a new effective date; changes to a separate client agreement follow that agreement.
